Queue systems belonging to our company have started to be preferred in countries such as the United States, Italy, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Germany, France, Switzerland, Cyprus, Libya, Algeria, Moldova, as well as valuable institutions and organizations in Turkey.
Q-smart serves an average of more than 3,000,000 people per day with more than 50,000 row system equipment.

- In 2008 the first open-sourced, IP-based system and service management in Turkey and worldwide,
- In 2008, online technical service tracking system to provide transparent and high quality service to its customers,
- In 2009 for the first time in Turkey and Worldwide the online appointment management and administration without the need for an additional system,
- In 2009, digital signage interface project for the use of a standard television as the main routing screen in queue management systems,
- In 2010, the MyTV TV management system, which provides for the management and reporting of all televisions in the network from one center,
- In 2014, queue management system working with customized Linux operating system for the first time in Turkey and in the World,
- In 2016, Customer call terminal application working with smart phones,
- In 2017, WiFi wireless queue management system hardwares operating over IEEE 802.11 networks for the first time in Turkey and the world.
- In 2018, 1000 Queue Management Systems were established and put into use in a short period of 1 year across the country.
- In 2018, a printerless queue management system with HTML5 technology was developed, produced and launched into the market.
