Q-smart is offered with an integrated call terminal applications for calling the customers for serving.

You just need to write queue management system ip address on the any web browser of your smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

The functions of the customer call terminals are; call next ticket, call manual ticket, transfer, postpone, park and recall ticket. In the user interface, it displays the called ticket number informations, staff informations, elapsed time for last call and the waiting total ticket numbers.
